From the distillation of selected and destemmed pomace of Fragola Cru grapes, harvested fresh and soft, from the prized Nonino Buttrio vineyard in Friuli. This grappa is produced through vacuum fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, followed immediately by distillation to prevent harmful secondary fermentations. Distillation is 100% artisanal, using the discontinuous method, with the heads and tails removed, in special, exclusive copper steam stills renovated by Benito Nonino.

 

Nonino Cru Single-Vitality Fragolino Artisan Grappa

Nonino's Nonino Cru Monovitigno Fragolino Artisan Grappa is transparent and brilliant when tasted. The nose offers distinct aromas of blackberry, blueberry, and currant, along with sweet spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves, and vinous sensations reminiscent of must and raisins. The palate is broad and smooth, rounded and delicate with hints of red fruit, and perfectly balanced in terms of caloric content, culminating in a refined, clean, and elegant finish, rich with hints of wild strawberry.
