The Planeta family's 98 hectares of olive groves slope down from the hillside toward the beach of Porto Palo di Menfi, nestled in a landscape of great biodiversity. Here, a blend of whole Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, and Cerasuola olives, cold-pressed, produces this PGI oil, with a fruity, sharp, spicy, and intense flavor.
