Made according to the strict PGI production specifications with 100% Italian wheat in sacks and from the finest crops, Gragnano pasta represents the tradition of Italian master pasta makers. Once the ingredients are selected, the master pasta maker sifts the durum wheat semolina to ensure the purity of the product before starting production. Bronze-drawing and slow drying give the pasta its distinctive roughness, allowing it to blend perfectly with the sauce. Dried in static cells at low temperatures for at least 24 hours to preserve the quality and flavor of the product.
