Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG “Riserva Ducale”  Ruffino

The red wine Chianti Classico Riserva Ducale di Ruffino at tasting shows a ruby red color. The nose opens on floral hints of violet, and then continues with flavors of black cherries, berries and plums, and closes on tones of tobacco, leather, white pepper and flint. The palate is balanced, fresh and rightly tannic, with excellent structure and long persistence.

PAIRINGS

For the whole meal, it goes well with typical dishes such as pasta with meat sauce, risotto with mushrooms, cold cuts and long-aged cheeses. Excellent with grilled meats.
