Primitivo Di Manduria DOC Altemura displays a ruby red color with orange highlights. The bouquet opens on the nose with pleasant sensations of ripe red fruit and Mediterranean scrub, followed by balsamic notes and hints of white pepper. On the palate, it is robust and enveloping, guided by well-structured and smooth tannins, which lend a pleasant drinkability. It concludes with a finish of excellent persistence.

COMBINATIONS

Ideal with succulent red meats, it also pairs perfectly with the rich first courses of typical Apulian cuisine. It's an excellent meditation wine.
