Grown in the Aymavilles vineyards, the vinification process, with soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel, preserves its freshness. Aging on the fine lees enhances its complexity.

Perfect with saltimbocca, it pairs well with raw fish dishes and with an octopus and potato salad.
