Alto Adige DOC Gewürztraminer "Malachite" J.Hütte displays a very intense straw yellow color with golden highlights. On the nose, it expresses delicate aromas of yellow rose and broom, fruity notes of mango and yellow peach, prominent mineral notes, and a sweet undertone of dried apricot and honey. The palate is challenging, warm, and intense, complex in structure yet softened by an enveloping softness that, with its continuous aromatic overtones, leads to a dry and fresh finish, rich in citrus and honey notes.
Excellent with shellfish, spicy dishes, speck and semi-mature cheeses.
