The white wine "Sabbie dell'Etna" by Firriato is a wine that fully represents the particular Etna terroir, characterized by lava-alluvial soil and which, thanks to the altitude of the land where the vineyards are located and the strong temperature range between day and night, has developed a clean and intense persistence on the palate and nose.

 

Etna Bianco DOC "The Sands of Etna" Firriato

Firriato's "Sabbie dell'Etna" white wine displays a straw yellow color with golden highlights. It offers aromas of chamomile and white musk, prickly pear cactus, and marine notes. On the palate, it is clean and full-bodied, intensely mineral, and balanced with a lovely, fresh finish.

COMBINATIONS

With raw shellfish and spaghetti with squid.
