Masseria Spaccafico's Chardonnay, with the added benefit of organic certification, is produced from grapes grown in San Donaci, in the province of Brindisi, harvested in the second half of August. The warm climate, typical of the area, favors perfect ripening of the grapes, which, after careful manual harvesting in the early hours of the morning, are vinified in stainless steel tanks to enhance all their aromatic nuances. Simple, authentic, and environmentally friendly.

Chardonnay "Culbianco" Organic Masseria Spaccafico, when tasted, presents a bright straw yellow color with lively greenish reflections. On the nose it has hints of pineapple, banana and white flowers, while on the palate it is characterized by a perfect balance between freshness and sapidity, with a long citrus finish of cedar and lime.
