Made from 100% Grillo grapes, Grillo Diamanti is a friendly, versatile white wine that never disappoints, making it a delightful drink both as an aperitif and throughout a meal. After careful selection, the grapes are transported to the cellar where they ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The resulting wine matures in stainless steel tanks, where it lingers on the lees for 4-6 months before being bottled. The Principi Di Butera Grillo "Diamanti" displays a clear, luminous straw yellow color with subtle greenish highlights. The palate is guided by a lovely acidic-savory undercurrent that encourages drinking, concluding with a distinct minerality.
