Sicilia DOC Grillo Sur Sur Donnafugata

Donnafugata's Grillo "Sur Sur" displays a bright straw yellow color with vivid greenish highlights. Its nose focuses on notes of white peach, citron peel, and thyme, against a background of brackish water. The palate displays the varietal's typical acidity, well supported by the right amount of savory flavors, leaving a rich, crisp, citrusy finish with a long, deep, saline finish.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent with seafood appetizers, vegetarian first courses, roasted fish, and as a gourmet aperitif.
