Alto Adige Chardonnay by Kettmeir is made from the finest Chardonnay grapes from the best-exposed vineyards on the mid-hills along the Adige Valley and the Oltre-Adige region. The complexity of this wine stems from the gentle pressing of the grapes and the maturation on the lees in stainless steel until the end of January, when it is bottled.

 

Alto Adige DOC Chardonnay Kettmeir

Kettmeir's Chardonnay displays a dense straw yellow color, a color that foreshadows a delicate and fresh bouquet with hints of ripe Trentino Golden apple and banana. On the palate, it is dry, with a good acidity, good body, and a very pleasant finish.

The ideal pairings for Kettmeir Chardonnay DOC are with all kinds of appetizers, both meat and seafood. It also pairs well with delicate fish-based recipes or lightly spiced white meat dishes.
