Schiopetto's Sauvignon white wine, produced in the Collio region, has a rich, aromatic, and elegant profile, aged in stainless steel for at least eight months. It's a balanced white wine, thanks to its pleasant mineral freshness.

 

Collio DOC Sauvignon Schiopetto

The Schiopetto Sauvignon white wine displays a straw yellow color with light greenish highlights. The varietal aromas, herbaceous and fruity, blend perfectly to create a bouquet of peach, apricot, yellow plum, sage, and basil. Mineral and almond notes complement the nose. The palate is voluptuous, with a crisp acidity, flavorful, and long-lasting.

COMBINATIONS

Versatile and eclectic, it pairs well with numerous food pairings. Try it with eel in white wine.
