This gin represents a very classic London Dry expression, yet focuses on a single citrus fruit: dried orange peel. The profile is rounded, with earthy and spicy notes and a balanced sweet and sour note.

Whitley Neil Distiller's Cut Gin

Whitley Neil Distiller's Cut Gin is smooth and rounded when tasted. Juniper is still present, now followed by a sweet and sour flavor of candied orange. A subtle floral base note lightens the nose. On the palate, intense notes of candied orange, a touch of white pepper, and a solid juniper backbone. Apparently a little sweeter and smoother than the original. A pleasant, oily texture refreshes the palate.

Finish: The orange lingers through to the finish. The juniper is still present and complements the citrus. A light earthy and woody note.
