Rum Santiago De Cuba "Carta Blanca"

Santiago De Cuba "Carta Blanca" Rum presents a clear, transparent, perfectly limpid color. The nose is clean and light, with subtle notes of fresh mint, fruit, and flowers that rise into the air, fading into hints of cane sugar and tropical banana. On the palate, it expresses a more delicate flavor than its counterpart, offering a smooth sip with good intensity and a pleasant softness supported by caramel flavors and hints of vanilla; banana peel and citrus complete the palate. Its buttery texture allows us to appreciate it with a long finish that leaves the mouth fresh and clean.

How to taste it

It is an ideal rum to drink neat with ice, but it is an excellent base for cocktails and long drinks: try it in a Mojito.
