Mancino Vecchio Vermouth is a unique Italian red vermouth, created by Giancarlo Mancino. It begins as Amaranth Red Vermouth, then ages for a year in oak barrels, acquiring complexity and a distinctive character. A meditation vermouth for true connoisseurs.

 

Old Mancino Vermouth

Mancino Vecchio Vermouth displays a dark amber color with copper highlights. On the nose, it expresses intense aromas of wood, sweet spices, brandied cherries, tobacco, and cocoa. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with notes of dried fruit, caramel, and a pleasantly bitter finish.

How to taste it
