Santiago De Cuba Extra Añejo 12 Year Old Rum displays a deep amber color with gold-ruby highlights. On the nose, it offers intense notes of dried fruit and dark chocolate, caramel, and a hint of smoke, all softened by licorice and coffee chocolate. On the palate, it's dry, assertive, elegant, and rounded, displaying a robust body thanks to its long aging and a subtle refinement that makes it extremely enjoyable. The finish is long, consistent, and dry, balanced by a delicate warmth.
