This Pisco's distinctive feature is its single-step distillation process, preserving all the grape's distinctive aromas. The result is an extremely fragrant and delicate Pisco, perfect as a base for mixology.

Pisco Torres El Gobernador, when tasted, is crystalline and brilliant, with silvery highlights. It displays intense floral aromas of white rose and jasmine, with subtle citrus nuances reminiscent of orange blossom and candied lemon peel. On the palate, it is delicate, flavorful, and smooth, offering a very pleasant sip and a long, aromatic finish.
