Produced in small batches of just 450 liters at a time in Scotland, Hendrick's Gin uses two very special ingredients: rose petals and cucumber, two flavors that come together in a perfect and surprising marriage. Hendrick's is handcrafted in small batches of just 450 liters at a time, using two exclusive copper stills with unique histories: a Carter Head, of which only a few remain, and a small Bennet Still dating back to 1864. It took 11 years and countless experiments to arrive at the final formula, starting with plants, seeds, roots, and fruits. The final result is achieved with a unique recipe, which makes use of 11 botanical species, some classic and some absolutely extravagant for the category: from yarrow to coriander, from juniper to cubeb berries, elderflower, orange and lemon peel, angelica and iris root, with a final infusion of Damask rose petals and cucumber.
