The Trento Brut DOC Millesimato Altemasi sparkling wine displays a straw yellow color with some greenish hues. The perlage is very fine and characterized by excellent persistence. The bouquet unfolds around aromas of apple, lime, fresh almond, and peach. On the palate, it is decidedly dry and fresh thanks to excellent acidity, and well-balanced.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent throughout a meal, it pairs beautifully with fried fish and recipes featuring shrimp. It's also worth trying with delicately prepared white meat main courses, such as chicken scallops with lemon and parsley.
