Produced in limited quantities and in a completely exclusive guise, this Riserva is dedicated to the Centenary of the Caffo Distillery (1915-2015) and is the fruit of a long preparation that involves the infusion of a mix of fruit, herbs and flowers (all strictly Calabrian) according to an ancient artisanal method that also sees the use of old wine brandies aged in Slavonian oak barrels.

Vecchio Amaro Del Capo Riserva Del Centenario Caffo presents itself with an intense, bright coffee color. The nose offers a variety of aromas of tobacco, citrus peel, and aromatic herbs, cocoa beans, and dates, with balsamic hints of licorice stick and mint chocolate. Balanced, substantial, and complex on the palate, it offers a wonderful balance and structure that make it unforgettable, as does the long, lingering finish of fine woods and spices.
