Amatriciana sauce is best served with durum wheat semolina pasta, cooked al dente, in your preferred shape. Simply heat our sauce over low heat in a non-stick pan and toss the pasta as soon as it's cooked. To finish, roughly crumble some crispy guanciale onto a plate.

Tomato pulp, cured guanciale 29% (pork throat, salt, spices, natural flavors), peeled tomatoes, tomato puree, extra virgin olive oil, onion, Cervia salt, chili pepper. After opening, refrigerate (+2°C/+4°C) and consume within 5 days. Tomato origin: Italy. GLUTEN-FREE.
