2 packages of Barilla Emilian Thin Lasagna pasta, 500 g

You can also add Parmesan cheese

Directions

Deer Ragù is ideal for making rich, intensely flavored lasagna.

Butter a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Spread a layer of béchamel sauce, then alternate egg pasta, béchamel sauce, and ragù to create 4 layers.

Finish with a final layer of béchamel sauce and generous sprinkling of Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.

Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 25–30 minutes, until golden brown.

Given the strong flavor of deer ragù, avoid adding too much salt when preparing it.
