Terre Siciliane IGT Zibibbo "Oxydia" Florio

Zibibbo Oxydia Florio, when tasted, presents itself with a brilliant antique gold color with strong topaz reflections and reaches the decisive and cheeky nose with sweet tones of dried apricot, dates and fig jam, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Full, soft and round flavour, it is delicious in the hints of acacia honey which accompany a long persistence of raisins and dried figs.

COMBINATIONS

Due to its fruity and aromatic character, it is perfect with fruit-based desserts and creams but is also excellent to accompany spicy cheeses at the end of a meal.
