TASTING NOTES
The Gutturnio sparkling Casanova red wine of the Ceci winery at the tasting shows a limpid ruby red color with purple reflections. The scent is characterized by a vinous note, accompanied by aromas of dark flowers, red fruit such as cherry, red currant and raspberry, also in jam. In the mouth dry, medium-bodied, with a splendid freshness that balances its warmth.
PAIRINGS
It goes perfectly with meat, but its structure and freshness also make it ideal for aged cheese, tagliatella with mushrooms, braised meat.
