Grappa Duca Enrico Duca Di Salaparuta 50cl
This grappa is made from the pomace used to produce the flagship wine, Duca Enrico, 100% Nero d'Avola. It embodies the essence, strength, and terroir of the wonderful Sicilian land in just 50cl. Traditional steam stills, which distill using the discontinuous method through a long and meticulous process and maturation in small oak barrels, create a unique grappa with a strong Sicilian character, embodying all the aroma and flavor of Marsala.
Grappa Duke Henry Duke of Salaparuta
Grappa Duca Enrico Duca Di Salaparuta displays a clear, crystalline, pale straw yellow color. On the nose, it expresses intense, sweet aromas of vanilla and dried plum, acacia honey, and licorice, with an undertone of bark and white pepper. The palate is smooth and intense, with a pungent alcohol note that quickly dissipates, giving way to intense, sweet fruity sensations and a lingering licorice-stick finish.
