Bolgheri Rosso DOC Grattamacco

Bolgheri Rosso DOC Grattamacco displays a bright ruby red color with purple highlights. The nose offers fruity notes of cherry jam and currant, with hints of peppermint and bay leaves, with licorice and roasted coffee in the background. The palate is lively, richly fresh, and savory, with lively and well-defined yet perfectly integrated tannins, and a very long and persistent finish of red fruits and toast.

COMBINATIONS

It pairs perfectly with typical Tuscan dishes but is simply perfect with lasagna.
