Born from a prestigious cru located in the heart of the Barthenau estate, which boasts vines sixty-five years old and older. The Pinot Noir Barthenau Vigna S. Urbano, from Alto Adige and produced by the Hofstätter winery, ages first in barriques for a year and then in large barrels for eight months. It finishes with a further eight months of bottle aging. With a powerful nose and extraordinarily aromatic palate, it is a powerful wine, particularly true to its terroir and highly expressive of the varietal from which it is made.
