Torres winery's Santa Digna rosé immediately stood out for its excellent value and for its ability to combine the latest technology with centuries-old tradition. Chile has always been a land suited to growing grapes, and having never even been attacked by phylloxera, it's not uncommon to find vines over 100 years old! This rosé, made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes vinified as a rosé, comes from vines with an average age of 23 years and is vinified exclusively in stainless steel to preserve the fruit's wonderful character. A wine that pairs well with practically everything.

 

Valle Central DO "Santa Digna" Rosé Reserva Torres

The Valle Central DO "Santa Digna" Rosé Reserva Torres presents a bright, light crimson color. The nose reveals concentrated aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries, followed by pink grapefruit and sour cherry jam, with subtle nuances of violet, lavender, and wisteria. Extraordinarily rich on the palate, it displays a delicate freshness and just the right amount of savory flavors, with enticing fruity and floral aftertaste and a long, captivating grapefruit finish that cleanses the palate and prepares for the next sips.

COMBINATIONS

Excellent with all fish dishes, with veal with tuna sauce, pasta salads but also with Asian cuisine: wherever you put it, it stays.
