Valle D'Aosta PDO Rosé Les Crêtes 2025 75 cl
Petit Rouge and Pinot Noir are typically used to produce Torrette, the region's oldest DOC, but since 2019, Les Crêtes has also been using them to produce a still rosé that stands out for its balance, elegance, and style; a wine that can be a springboard for a bright future!
Valle D'Aosta PDO Rosé Les Crêtes
The Valle D'Aosta DOP Rosé Les Crêtes presents a pale antique pink color upon tasting. It has a delicate and delightful aroma of currants and crisp wild strawberries, notes of white melon and jasmine, against a slightly smoky background reminiscent of matchsticks. The fresh palate, consistent in its fruity aftertaste, displays a masterful balance between freshness and savory flavors, the latter concluding a finish of rare elegance.
