The "Troy" Chardonnay from Cantina Tramin displays a deep golden yellow color. The nose offers delicate citrus and white floral notes, followed by tropical fruit and mint, with hints of hazelnut and toasted almond. Extremely elegant on the palate, it beautifully balances the sweetness of the fruit with the freshness of Alpine herbs, while also retaining a subtle salinity that dries out the palate, creating an almost tannic sensation from its structure. The finish is long and juicy, with distinct mineral notes.
