This elegant Alsatian Gewürztraminer comes from the vineyards located around Ribeauvillé: Hunawihr, Bergheim, Rorschwihr, Riquewihr and Mittlewihr, all within a unique microclimate defined by the protection guaranteed by the Vosges mountain range from wind and rain.

 

Gewurztraminer Alsace Trimbach

The Alsace Trimbach Gewurztraminer displays a bright golden yellow color, opening with spicy aromas of cinnamon and nutmeg, complemented by delicious varietal notes of lychee and rose petals. On the palate, it is broad and savory, remarkably balanced, with a pleasantly dry and spicy finish.

COMBINATIONS

It can be enjoyed in the company of oriental or fusion cuisine but also with intense cheeses and spicy appetizers.
