Rum Don Papa Masskara

Don Papa Masskara rum is aged for seven years in American oak barrels under the warm tropical climate of Negros, which accelerates the interaction between the liquid and the wood, giving the rum a unique complexity. On the nose, it immediately stands out for its intense notes of vanilla and dried fruit, with an undercurrent of honey and light spicy hints reminiscent of cinnamon. On the palate, the rum presents an elegant sweetness balanced by a light spiciness that makes it persistent and enveloping.
