Mancino Marino Vermouth is an Italian dry vermouth, created by bartender Giancarlo Mancino, and is the first to be aged underwater. A special edition of just 600 bottles, enclosed in a smart cage and immersed for six months in the Ligurian waters of Portofino, at a depth of 52 meters and at 6 bar pressure. This innovative technique, combined with the Trebbiano wine base and the infusion of aromatic herbs, gives the vermouth a unique and unmistakable aromatic profile.
