This gives its ten secret ingredients plenty of time to get to know each other and blend together, placed in special perforated cells where, in a bain-marie, all their properties and essential oils are extracted. The final product has a remarkable balance that even allows it to be drunk neat, a generally unusual practice for a gin and discouraged by enthusiasts.

Bombay Sapphire Gin

Bombay Sapphire Gin presents a brilliant adamantine color upon tasting. The nose reveals distinct notes of juniper and a blend of vegetal and aromatic herbs—bay, sage, and thyme—along with floral notes of violet and wisteria. The palate is rounded and enveloping, full-bodied yet sweet, consistent in the many aromatic overtones that characterize a long finish of juniper and sweet spices.
