After the Cocchi Theatre Bitter Vermouth 75 cl
It is a rare “evening vermouth” and was named Dopo Teatro for the Piedmontese tradition of drinking a small glass of fresh vermouth accompanied by a lemon peel in the evening, perhaps after attending a performance in one of the historic theaters of the Savoy capital.
Cocchi "After Theatre" bitter vermouth
Cocchi's "Dopo Teatro" bitter vermouth displays a concentrated ruby red color with garnet hues. It has a dark, bold nose of cinchona, licorice root, and rhubarb, along with dark spices and balsamic hints. The palate is powerful, intense, and enveloping, with a typically bitter citrus zest finish. Traditionally, it's served chilled in a small glass, accompanied by a lemon twist, but it's also perfect as a bittering ingredient in mixology.
