This smooth single-varietal grappa, obtained from the direct distillation of the fermented pomace of the wine of the same name, is distilled in a state-of-the-art facility to fully preserve all the aromas and scents typical of Nebbiolo.

 

Grappa Moorish Site Gaja

Gaja's Sito Moresco Grappa is crystalline and luminous upon tasting, with a long, aromatic finish that evokes the scent of grapes and faint hints of aromatic herbs. Powerful, warm, and full-bodied, it reveals great character.

Distilled using a pot still, it initially has an alcohol content of approximately 75%. Before bottling, the product is diluted with distilled water to bring it to the right level, resulting in a grappa with a seductive and complex structure. It is not aged to enhance the product's primary and secondary aromas.
