Mezcal Espadin Los Danzantes 70cl
This mezcal's name comes from the Danzanti Concheros, a series of ritual dances inspired by the power of nature and linked to both pre-Hispanic civilizations and Christian religious ceremonies. Since 1997, Los Danzantes, in Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca, has grown exclusively Espadín and Tobalá agaves. Harvested entirely by hand, the agaves ferment in pine vats for 8-10 days. The traditional double distillation takes place in a traditional copper still, and the entire distillery is built vertically to harness the force of gravity.
Mezcal Espadìn Los Danzantes
Mezcal Espadín Los Danzantes is colorless when tasted, but on the nose it reveals hints of aromatic herbs, menthol notes, and youthful fruity notes of white melon, with a citrus undertone. The flavor maintains a perfect balance between soft and savory, with distinct hints of agave and a good length on toasted and slightly smoky notes.
