A carefully crafted blend of single-varietal grappas, including Cabernet, Merlot, and Schioppettino, created from the careful selection of premium, fresh, soft pomace and distilled using an artisanal still, Nonino Riserva Antica Cuvée is a nectar enriched by aging for 5 to 20 years in Limousin oak barriques and small ex-Sherry casks. The distillation takes place very slowly to best enhance the organoleptic characteristics of the grape varieties used and create the aromatic notes that are the hallmark of this enchanting product.
