Cachaca Germana Brasil 70cl
Cachaça is a typical sugarcane distillate that differs from rum with its more rustic flavor. The Brasil version is distilled in a pot still and is personally created by the family's master blender, Walter Caetano. Aged for five years in French oak barrels (a feature as unusual as it is rare for this type of cachaça), Brasil is a cachaça with unique aromas, enhanced by the characteristic banana leaves that wrap the bottle, continuing the ancient tradition of protecting the glass in this way during travel.
Cachaça Germana Brasil
Cachaça Germana Brasil presents a subtle spiciness, roasted notes, and caramel, all enriched with woody notes of oak and bark. The palate harmonizes with the nose, revealing a warm, alcoholic body, well-balanced between the soft sugary notes and slightly smoky nuances. The aromatic finish is long and persistent.
How to taste it
It can be enjoyed neat but is at its best when made into an excellent Caipirinha, accompanied by half a lime wedge, three teaspoons of brown sugar and crushed ice.
