Il Brachetto d'Acqui  DOCG "Rosa Regale" di Banfi, alla degustazione si presenta con il colore rosso rubino dalle sfumature purpuree e dal persistente perlage, sa di confettura di fragole e rosa canina, muschio ed erbe aromatiche. Piacevole e sbarazzino all’assaggio, fresco e con impercettibili tannini, chiude su note fruttate e minerali.
 

ABBINAMENTI

Con un a macedonia di frutta fresca o una coppa di fragole, con crostate di crema e frutti rossi e con piccola pasticceria secca.
