Lazio IGT Syrah "Tellus" Falesco

The Syrah "Tellus" Falesco was born from the Cotarellas' desire to showcase this international grape variety in the Lazio region. This result was fully achieved, judging by the profile of this red, which exudes balance on the nose thanks to notes of freshly picked fruit and spices.

TASTING NOTES

Falesco's Syrah Tellus wine, presented at tasting, boasts a deep ruby red color with purple hues, offering intense aromas of ripe cherry, blackcurrant, and violet, black pepper, bay leaves, and juniper. Rich, warm, and structured, with tannins that are clearly present but perfectly balanced with softness and acidity. A long finish with spicy aftertaste.

COMBINATIONS

Falesco's Tellus Syrah wine is excellent with pappardelle with hare ragù, cannelloni, and lasagna, as well as roast and braised meats or a rich, spicy goulash like itself.
