100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, aged 5 to 15 years, spread across the municipalities of San Martino sulla Marrucina. Fermentation takes place for approximately 15 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks; destemming and crushing followed by a brief maceration on the skins, followed by low-temperature fermentation. On the palate, it is flavorful, intense, balanced, and pleasant.
