The San Marzano "Talò" Chardonnay is a smooth and generous white wine from Puglia, aged for several months in French barriques. It offers aromas of tropical fruit, honey, vanilla, and white flowers. The palate is soft, rounded, enveloping, savory, and persistent.

 

Puglia IGT Chardonnay “Talò” San Marzano

The "Talò" Chardonnay di San Marzano displays a bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it expresses intense aromas of ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, tropical fruit, hints of pastry, acacia honey, and vanilla. The palate is ample, with mature and satisfying aromas that extend harmoniously toward a lingering finish.

COMBINATIONS

A mature Chardonnay, to be enjoyed with baked fish, white meats or with a platter of semi-mature cheeses.
