A limited edition of Hibiki Japanese Harmony, this whisky brings together the best of Suntory's three distilleries: Chita grain whisky, the fruity and smooth Yamazaki, and the floral Hakushu single malt. Before being blended together by the master distiller, these whiskies are aged in five different casks, including American oak, Mizunara oak, and Sherry casks. The bottle housing this treasure is truly exquisite, featuring 24 facets, one for each Japanese season.

 

Hibiki Suntory Whiskey Japanese Harmony

A limited edition of Hibiki Japanese Harmony, it displays an intense golden yellow color with vivid amber highlights. On the nose, it offers fruity aromas reminiscent of baked apple and shortcrust pastry, along with sweet spicy notes of vanilla and star anise, with floral undertones of broom and red rose petals. The palate is smooth, light, and extremely delicate, blending notes of caramel and cocoa, offering an excellent balance between sweet and bitter, and a long, spicy finish rich in character, with hints of ginger and white pepper.
