Gin Mare

Distilled in Spain by the third-generation Giro family, this very special gin is inspired by the Mediterranean Sea and features five main botanicals: Italian basil, Greek thyme, Turkish rosemary, Spanish citrus fruits, and Catalan olives. The aim is to reproduce the authentic flavor of our Mediterranean cuisine, and to achieve this, the distillation process takes place in a 250-liter copper pot still, specifically designed for this type of production.

TASTING NOTES

Gin Mare, when tasted, is transparent and clear, opening the nose to vegetal aromas of moss, tomato leaf and resin, pine needles and Mediterranean scrub, with hints of rosemary and roasted black olives, along with orange peel. The palate is an explosion of juniper and coriander, then veering into the vegetal bitterness of aromatic herbs, with distinct hints of rosemary and basil, perfectly balanced by the citrus freshness, in a long finish reminiscent of cardamom and green olives.
