Legendario is the name of a tradition established over a century in Cuba, the homeland of rum, where excellence is essential and where Ron Legendario, "distilled and aged," is a true legend. It is a very pure rum obtained through an ancient method, using a special filtering system that, starting with a double bottom in the tanks, uses silica sand and activated carbon, allowing both the alcohol and the aguardiente to be diluted to 55°. From the tanks, using a proprietary method, the rum is transferred by gravity alone to a system of small American oak barrels.
