This whiskey, created by Jim Beam legend Booker Noe, features an extraordinary profile crafted to revive the flavors of the pre-Prohibition era—a fantastic bourbon that will transport you back in time. Crafted in limited quantities using American oak barrels, it's aged for at least nine years and bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV) in true pre-Prohibition style.

Knob Creek 9 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey

Knob Creek 9 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey displays a deep amber color with bronze highlights. The nose offers notes of peanut butter, burnt wood, and caramelized sugar, along with notes of walnut, spice, and dark chocolate. The palate is lively and full, dry yet appropriately smooth, enveloping, and consistent in its olfactory references, culminating in a very long finish reminiscent of vanilla.
