In 1970, Giovanni Colombini was the first Italian winemaker to understand the potential of grappa and, to enhance it as it deserved, he decided to distill the pomace of his prestigious Brunello. Thus was born Grappa di Brunello: a smooth, fragrant, elegant, yet intense grappa. A more refined and selective version, Grappa di Brunello is made exclusively from the pomace of grapes destined for Brunello. Elegant and aromatically complex, it features a flavor and aroma of walnuts, fruit, grapes, and toasted notes. The taste is clean, delicately sweet, and long-lasting.
