Amaro Supremo Capobranco Liquorificio 1864
Liquorificio 1864's Amaro Supremo Capobranco presents itself with the aromas of the undergrowth, giving the sensation of savoring the wolf's true habitat. "The primary scent of pine buds blends perfectly with the gentian root, reminiscent of the unmistakable scent of living wood. A special treat is the intense aroma of pine resin, even when the glass is empty."
“Balsamic and spicy, it is appreciated for its gentle entry, attracting even those who prefer sweeter and softer bitters, before opening up to a powerful and persistent bitterness.”
“The first sip seems like an affront, from the second onwards you can't help but feel the pleasant and intense aromatic sensations in the mouth.”
How to taste it
Thanks to its unique infusion of aromatic herbs, the recommended tasting temperature is between 10° and 20° C, ideal for savouring it at its best and fully perceiving its flavour.
If you can't do without ice, a single cube will reveal a different experience, enhancing the flavors and new nuances of its bouquet of medicinal herbs.
For a complete sensory experience, we recommend a cylindrical or truncated-cone shaped glass, preferably made of clear, compact crystal to enhance its temperature, aroma, and color.
